Hi,
I usually had these problem when my penta tab got locked due to my lovely nephew. Patten locked and cant unlock it because he forget the pattern. Also tried unlock it with google account. but no internet connectivity. So this tool just switch the mass storage to USB mode, if it asks for a driver, then just point the driver into rktool folder.
Also you have to download Android firmware from
http://www.pantel.in/DriverDownloads
After switching from Mass storage to Usb mode, load the firmware image and Press the restore button.
It will Hard reset your device and there will be no lock issues for fresh android install.
